This is accomplished by providing you with a single point of contact, so that no matter what you need, there’s just one person you need to reach. Your contact will either provide the assistance directly, or turn to the necessary resources to make sure your issue is addressed.
This one on one relationship also allows you to develop a working relationship with your contact so that we better understand where you are and where you are trying to go.
