2. Program Description
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT AFFECT OR INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. YOU HAVE NOT YET WON. Sponsor runs various random drawings (each a "Program") from the eligible entries collected as a result of online activity completed at Sponsor's website at (each an "Entry"). Current details about the Programs, including the date upon which the drawing for such Program (each a "Drawing") will take place and the specific prize to be awarded in connection with each Program (each a "Prize") are:

All Programs begin at 12:00:00 AM (EST) on the published start date and end at 11:59:59 PM (EST) on the published end date. The intervening period between the published start date and the published end date for each Program is referred to as a "Program Period." Sponsor's method of timekeeping is the official time clock for each Program and is final and undisputable.
3. Entry into a Program
(a) Sponsor provides multiple ways in which you may earn an Entry into a Program:
(b) All required Entry information must be completed in full to be considered valid. Proof of delivery of Entry will not be deemed as proof of Entry. Any attempted form of Entry other than as described herein is void. Entries in violation of these Official Rules will be disqualified. As determined by Sponsor any Entry that includes illegal, false, or fraudulent information, obscenities, objectionable material, or which defames or invades the publicity or privacy rights of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringes upon any third party's personal or proprietary rights, publicity rights, will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, illegible or corrupted are void and will not be accepted. Normal time, toll, connection and usage rates, if any, charged by your Internet service provider will apply. For your Entry to be valid, you must acknowledge reading, accepting, and agreeing to all terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules.
4. Selection of Winners
Sponsor shall conduct a random drawing to select one (1) winner for each Program (each a "Winner") from all eligible Entries received during a Program Period for such Program on the date published in Section 1 above ("Drawing Date"). Each Winner shall be notified by email. Selected Winner shall be required to respond (as directed) to the notification within five (5) business days of attempted notification date. The failure to respond timely to the notification shall result in forfeiture of the Prize and, in such case, Sponsor shall randomly select an alternate Winner from among the remaining eligible entries. If an alternate Winner fails to respond to the notification, Sponsor shall repeat this process a maximum of five (5) times. In the event that all five (5) selected Winners fail to respond to the notification, the applicable Prize will be forfeited. Prize Winners shall be required to verify name and complete address and to execute before a notary public and return within seven (7) days an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release covering eligibility, liability, advertising, publicity and media appearance issues, unless prohibited by law. Prize shall not be awarded until all such properly executed and notarized forms are returned. If Prize is awarded to a resident of Canada, the Winner shall also be required to complete a trivia question or short math problem.
(a) To be eligible to participate (in each case as an "Eligible Participant") in a Program, you must satisfy the following criteria: i. Be located within, and a legal resident of, one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, or Canada (excluding Quebec, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and Guam). ii. Be 18 years of age or older or otherwise legally able to enter into a contract in your own name.
(b) The following entities or persons are disqualified from entering the Program: i. Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors and interns) who have, within six months prior to a Program Start Date, held employment with or performed services for Sponsor (collectively, "Sweepstakes Entities") or ii. any organizations affiliated with the sponsorship, fulfillment, administration, Prize support, advertisement or promotion of a Program; or iii. any immediate family and household members of the foregoing individuals.
(C) Participation constitutes full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, these Official Rules. This Program is subject to, and all Eligible Participants shall comply with, all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
6. Prize Award
All Prizes will be delivered to the Winners within thirty (30) days from the close of the Program Period. If a Prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize with another Prize of equal or greater value. No transfer of any Prize. It is expressly understood that the Sponsor is under no obligation to any Winner other than as expressly set forth herein. Each Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and fees associated with the receipt of a Prize. Should federal, state or local law impose any tax reporting or filing obligations on Sponsor arising out of the Winner's participation in the Program (including the Winner's receipt of and/or use of any Prize), the Winner agrees to timely provide Sponsor with any information that is reasonably needed for Sponsor to comply with any such reporting or filing obligations.
7. Limitations of Liability and Release
No liability or responsibility is assumed by Sponsor or resulting from any Eligible Participant's participation in or attempt to participate in the Program. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical errors in the announcement of any Prize or these Official Rules. All online Eligible Participants must have a valid e-mail address. No liability or responsibility is assumed by Sponsor or Program Entities resulting any attempt to participate in the Program or download any information in connection with participating in the Program. No responsibility or liability is assumed by the Sponsor or Program Entities for technical problems or technical malfunction arising in connection with any of the following occurrences which may affect the operation of the Program: hardware or software errors; faulty computer, telephone, television, cable, satellite, network, electronic, wireless or Internet connectivity or other online communication problems; errors or limitations of any Internet service providers, servers, hosts or providers; garbled, jumbled or faulty data transmissions; failure of any e-mail transmissions to be sent to or received; lost, late, delayed or intercepted e-mail transmissions; inaccessibility of the Web Site in whole or in part for any reason; traffic congestions on the Internet or the Web Site; unauthorized human or non-human intervention of the operation of the Program, including without limitation, unauthorized tampering, hacking, theft, virus, bugs, worms; or destruction of any aspect of the Program, or loss, miscount, misdirection, inaccessibility or unavailability of an account used in connection with the Program. By participating in the Program, Eligible Participants agree to release and hold the Program Entities harmless from any and all claims, damages or liabilities arising from or relating to such Eligible Participant's participation in the Program including, without limitation, any use or misuse of any Prize. By accepting a Prize, Winners agree to release and hold Sponsor harmless for any loss or injury including, without limitation, any personal injury or property damage resulting from participation in the Program or acceptance or use/misuse of any Prize. The Prize may be deemed compensation to a Winner and may be subject to withholding in accordance with Sponsor's payroll practices.
8. Publicity Release
Participation in Program and/or acceptance of a Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use, without notice or further compensation, worldwide and in perpetuity, any Eligible Participant's Entry, photo, likeness, biographical information, statement and voice in any and all media for any purpose, including without limitation, advertising and Program purposes as well as in, on or in connection with the Web Site or the Program or other Programs, and Eligible Participant hereby release the Program Entities from any liability with respect thereto (each a "Publicity Release").
By participating, Eligible Participants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor's Privacy which are final and binding in all respects.. Winners must comply with any and all requirements and limitations associated with the use of any Prize. If for any reason the Program is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or terminate the Program.
10. Winners List/Rules Request
For Winners' names (first initial, last name, city and state) or Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope (VT residents may omit return postage) specifying "Official Rules" or "Winners List," to: Official Rules Request, TrafficSwarm, 1675 Larimer Street, Suite 640, Denver, CO 80202 USA.
11. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received in a Promotion Period.
